BeAwesome: #73 Attitude

Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference- Winston Churchill

Choosing to be positive and having a grateful attitude is going to determine how you’re going to live your life- Joel Osteen

When trying be successful or thinking about a specific goal and or dream, you have to believe in a mind-set that is positive. What does it mean to be positive? Well. For me it means thinking good. Believing. Understanding that know matter what ever happens, you must take something good out of the situation. Sometimes you believe you are being positive, but for the slightest moment or thought that you believe other wise (negative), this can/will easily hinder your experience and hope in being successful. A poor attitude can stop you from getting your dream job with a major company of your choice. Messing up a recipe for chocolate chip cookies. Dropping a pass in rugby game or missing an open lay up in basketball. What ever the case maybe, your attitude is important. Every day we face problems that we have “zero” control over. You ask, so what can we do? We have two choices 1. Allow this experience to negatively impact us 2. Understand the circumstances, learn from this experience and move on. You have a choice. It is up to you to figure out what attitude you are going to bring towards your passion or mission you have in mind. Those who are AWESOME try to maintain a positive attitude throughout everything they do (not easy, but not impossible either). When things go in the wrong direction, we figure out a way to stay positive. We re-focus. We never allow one experience to influence our future or control our further actions in what we want to do. We control our attitude. Attitude
