The world is full of a lot of fear and a lot of negativity, and a lot of judgment. I just think people need to start shifting into joy and happiness. As corny as it sounds, we need to make a shift– Ellen DeGeneres

Move or cause to move from one place to another. Over a small distance. I shift the weight back to the other leg. A slight change in position. Direction. Or tendency. A slight change. A move. A quick lift. Fix. When you shift remember to move slowly. Move in a new direction so you are comfortable. Not because you’ve been told by someone else. Glide. Shift with the wave. Never let the wave take you. Shift when appropriate. Change the difference. Shift is okay if you are comfortable. The patterns of your footsteps. The movements of your feet and body. Those who are AWESOME shift. Keep things moving. Making an adaptations to help growth within ourselves. Shifting is moving by influence or choice. Creating a shift that is compatible and comfortable with you. Shifting is allowing yourself to move in a direction that is influence by yourself or others, but at the same time feeling comfortable with the change. Shifting is about adjusting and getting the best out of difference. Shift
