Once in a while you should treat yourself to something you like. Something you love but rarely eat (Key word “sometimes”). When you feel down or frustrated about something. Eat something AWESOME comfort food (In Moderation). Am I saying that you should go and eat unhealthy food when ever you mess up or make a mistake? (No) Am I saying that it is okay to treat yourself once in a while? (yes) Please consider these guidelines before you feast on any of these AWESOME comfort food:
The Guide Lines:
– You must have worked hard (prior to eating your comfort food) at least one full week on the job or occupation you are follow (Giving 110%)
-You must share with 1 or possibly 2 other people (Share the comfort!)
-Tip whom ever you received the food from (Make someone else happy)
-Eat slowly (Appreciate the hard work that you’d done to get to this point)

Comfort food is eaten food that provides a sentimental feeling to the person who is eating it. It can make your sad days go away. It can make your happy days be the happiest. Everyone has their own treat they love. These are only a few that I could think of.
Be careful with comfort food. Switch it up once in a while. Comfort food does not have to be unhealthy. Though I have mostly unhealthy food on my list, you can very well eat anything for comfort. The key is using it during the right time. You do not need comfort food every day. You should not need it every week either.
